Believe or not, at least 85% of women wear wrong size bra, some studies show as much as 95%. The most common mistake is wearing a back size which is too big, and/ or a cup size which is too small.
Wearing wrong bra size can lead to many health problems i.e. losing your body form, leaving scarring underneath or at side of breasts, changing natural shape of breast due to inadequate support and problems maintaining correct posture which can give you unexplained back and neck pain.
Wearing a correctly fitted bra will keep your body in perfect shape, enhance your appearance and confidence and avoid health problems.
Four steps to get an expertly fitted bra
1. Measuring your bra size:
Your body/shape might have changed over the years we recommend that you check your measurement every 12 months or more often if your body shape has significantly changed during/after pregnancy, losing or gaining weight or from having aged.
Two sizes need to be measure to decide your bra size: body size and cup size.
***You must measure yourself with your best fitting bra on and without your top/shirt/blouse on
